Questions people ask before ordering
Is there a minimum order, or do I need a trade account?
No. The kit is bought one at a time on either store. On the Wholesale store it is priced at the trade rate inclusive of 18% GST; on the Retail store at the retail price. The usual trade lots of 50 units only apply when you reorder individual designs.
Can I get a GST invoice?
Order from the Wholesale store and enter your company name and GSTIN at checkout. Wholesale prices include 18% GST, and the invoice states how much.
How is it shipped, and how fast?
Every puzzle is shrink-wrapped and carton-packed. In stock, the kit leaves the workshop in 1–2 business days and arrives within India in 3–6 business days. Shipping on the kit, within India and abroad, will be as per the actual shipping partner: the partner's charge is confirmed once the carton is packed and invoiced separately.
What if a design sells out faster than the rest?
Reorder it on its own. Every puzzle in the kit is in our standing range, so you are never left with a gap on the shelf.
Can I put my own brand on the puzzles?
On reorders, yes — private labelling is available on wholesale quantities. See bulk & export for how that works.
