Shipping & returns

Plain terms, no small print games.

Shipping

Dispatch: orders leave our workshop within 1–2 business days.
Within India: 3–6 business days. Shipping charges are confirmed with your quotation.
Outside India: 7–18 business days depending on destination. Freight is charged at actual — we book whichever courier partner is cheapest for your parcel's weight and destination, then send you their quote and the tracking number. Your order total at checkout covers the goods only.
Tracking: a tracking link is emailed the moment your parcel is handed to the courier.
Duties: import duties and local taxes on international orders are the recipient's responsibility.

Manufacturing defects: tell us within 7 days of delivery and we replace the item free, including return shipping.
Damaged in transit: send us a photo of the parcel and the puzzle within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it.
Change of mind: unused puzzles in original packaging can be returned within 7 days. Return shipping is yours; the refund is ours, issued within 5 working days of the item reaching us.
Not returnable: custom or private-labelled bulk orders, and any puzzle that has been used or written on.

Online ordering is not open yet. These terms will apply once the store goes live — in the meantime, send us an enquiry.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Banks typically take 5–7 working days to post the credit after we issue it.
