Before a child can confidently write letters, they first need to master the basic movements behind handwriting — straight lines, curves, zigzags, loops and simple shapes.
The Draw Lines & Shapes Tracing Board helps children practise these essential pre-writing movements through hands-on play. The set includes two wooden boards: one featuring different line patterns and another featuring geometric shapes. Each pattern is formed as a recessed groove that guides the sliding marker along the correct path.
As children trace, they develop hand-eye coordination, fine motor control, pencil movement and visual tracking — building a strong foundation for handwriting without the pressure of worksheets.
