16 Shapes Learning Board

The 16 Shapes Learning Board introduces children to common geometric shapes through simple, hands-on play.

The board includes 16 removable shapes — square, circle, triangle, rectangle, pentagon, semi-circle, trapezoid, star, parallelogram, ring, ellipse, cross, hexagon, rhombus, heart and octagon. Each shape fits into its matching space, with the shape name labelled underneath.

Handling and matching the pieces helps children recognise the differences between shapes while developing shape recognition, fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination and visual matching.

The board can be used in several ways — as a shape-matching puzzle, sorting activity, tracing template or naming game — making it a versatile early-learning activity for repeated play.
