Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is successfully received, or once a cash-on-delivery order is accepted by us. We may decline an order where stock has run out or an address cannot be served, in which case any payment is refunded in full.

Pricing

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but never for an order already placed.

Product appearance

Our puzzles are made from natural wood. Grain, colour and figure vary from piece to piece — this is a property of the material, not a defect, and photographs are indicative rather than exact.

Safety

Age recommendations are printed on each product page. Small pieces can be a choking hazard; please follow the stated age guidance and supervise young children at play.

Intellectual property

All designs, photographs and text on this site belong to PuzzleHouse and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in our registered jurisdiction having exclusive authority.
