• Payment Timing: Payment must be completed in full at the time of placing the order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Locations

• Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to addresses within India.
• International Shipping: Orders placed for delivery outside of India may incur additional charges and delivery times. Please contact customer service for more information.

5.2 Delivery Times

• Estimates: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
• No Guarantee: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen events.

• Calculation: Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination and weight of the package.

6. Cancellation, Returns, and Refund Policy

6.1 Order Cancellation

• Same-Day Cancellation: You may cancel your order on the same day of purchase until midnight (11:59 PM IST). To cancel, please contact our customer service at info@puzzlehouse.in or call 1800 891 2166.
• After Shipment: If the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may, however, refuse to accept the package upon delivery.

6.2 Return Policy

• Refusal of Delivery: If you wish to return the product by refusing delivery, do not accept the package from the courier. It will be returned to us automatically.
• Condition of Returns: Returned products must be in original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of use, damage, or is not in resalable condition.

6.3 Refund Process

• Initiation: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will initiate the refund process.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise requested.
• Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days from the date of refund initiation for the amount to be credited to your bank account or credit card.

• Custom Orders: Customized or personalized products are not eligible for cancellation or refund once production has begun.

7. Replacement Warranty

• Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to verify the defect.
• Approval/Rejection: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement request.
• Shipping: Approved replacements will be shipped to you within two (2) business days.

All content on the Website—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software—is the property of PuzzleHouse and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
