At Puzzlehouse, we strive to ensure your puzzles arrive safely and promptly. Below are the details of our delivery policies:

1. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to India. If you place an order outside of this area, additional delivery charges will apply based on your location.

2. Shipping Options and Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 7days to arrive. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
  • Express Shipping: Available for select locations, with delivery within 4 days. Additional fees apply and are calculated at checkout.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over 1000 for deliveries all over  India .

3. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary during peak seasons, and any changes will be noted on our website.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Delivery times depend on the shipping option selected and your location. Estimated times are as follows:
  • Domestic Shipping /: 7 business days
  • Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, we will provide tracking information via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

7. Undeliverable or Lost Packages
